Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Land Use Project
For many years Water Fun Park was a popular recreational facility frequented by Island residents and visitors alike. After being shuttered several years ago, it was demolished this past summer. Now affectionately nicknamed The Old Water Park, the South End's most coveted piece of property awaits a redevelopment opportunity. We are seeking a partner with aligned interests to activate the space in 2021.
